Recently Released: Costoclavicular brachial plexus block

The costoclavicular brachial plexus block was recently described as an alternative approach to the infraclavicular block. The compact organization of the plexus at this level, clustered lateral to the artery and more superficial than in the sagittal approach, allows block with less volume and a single needle pass.
