NYSORA’S BREAKING NEWS: Olympic Team Massage Therapist Joins NYSORA in Switzerland and France

During NYSORA’s first CME Retreats in 2020, taking place in February and March in the idyllic mountain village and alpine town of Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the charming ski resort Val d’Isere in the French Alps,  surprise demonstrations on the topic of Physical Therapy Techniques will be performed. The speaker, Harris Babic, is a top Slovenian physical therapist who treats professional athletes and has accompanied several Olympic teams at the Olympic games in LA and London during his career. The delegates attending the CME Retreat will have a chance to experience his expertise, as he will be offering sports massages at discounted and symbolic rates before and after skiing. In addition, a true alpine marine, Dr. Roman Zurcher will dedicate one day to lead the ski lessons with the delegates. Spouses and guests are also welcome.

The two neighboring resorts of Crans and Montana lie on a sunny plateau high above the Rhone Valley, and together they make up one of the biggest holiday destinations. It combines all the comforts of a modern holiday resort with an expansive natural landscape and panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. Crans Ambassador – a place where memories are made. This legendary 5-star hotel in the Crans-Montana ski resort sits in a spectacular panoramic location in the Swiss Alps, as if suspended in mid-air against a backdrop of clear mountain skies.

The ski resort in the French Alps is one of the most popular and best-loved French skiing destinations. Thanks to its scenic beauty and a broad offer of recreational activities, Val-d’Isère is an ideal vacation site for anyone; adventurers, adrenaline junkies, families, and winter enthusiasts. The superb ski terrain includes something for everyone, not just downhill lovers. In Val-d’Isère you can try cross-country skiing, sit-skiing, or even snowkiting. For those who don’t ski, there are countless activities to take part in, such as ice driving circuits, snowmobile and helicopter tours of the spectacular landscape, driving husky-drawn sleds, climbing a frozen waterfall, or even speed riding, ice diving and winter paragliding for the most adventurous!

At NYSORA, we are very excited about these new beautiful locations where the CME Retreat Conferences will take place. The combination of the top-quality program (What’s New by Who’s Who in Anesthesiology™) and an inspiring place is guaranteed to make a lasting impression and facilitate practical improvements in delegates practices upon their return home.

We look forward to seeing you in Switzerland and France for a one-of-a-kind experience!
