Continuous Peripheral Nerve Blockade

     •Local Anesthetic: 0.25% Bupivacaine or 0.2% Ropivacaine.
     •Dose ranging : 10-30 cc bolus, 4-8 cc/hr infusion.
     •Mode: Basal rate(2ml/hr) + PCA preferred (4ml bolus and closed period 40 mn).
     •Maximum: Bupi 0.5 mg/kg/hr, Ropi 0.6 mg/kg/hr.
     •Controlled delivery device, monitor for sedation
