										<description>Would recommend starting with the radial nerve. That way the local anaesthetic pushes the artery ( from below) more superficially. &lt;br /&gt;
If you start with the medican and ulnar the artery (and radial) nerve are pushed down and the radial can be very difficult to reach.</description>
