										<description>we can deflate the cuff after 20mins(miller anaesthesia). but we are deflating the cuff after 30mins. we never had a systemic toxicity till. regarding additives ketroloc, clonidine, loronoxicum are useful additives. opioids are not much usefel in our setup.</description>

However, my question is if any one has considered placing the tourniquet on the forearm for hand and/or wrist procedures so that the total dose of LA can be reduced and if so by how much.
